How does an athlete join an academy or coach?
Academies aren't publicly listed inside PeakPlay, by design. Your coach gives you a short invite code; after signing up, enter it under Profile → Join a coach and you're linked. Parents and athletes then see the same development profile the coach sees.
How do I pair a heart-rate strap?
PeakPlay supports the Polar H10 chest strap over Bluetooth. Wet the electrodes, wear the strap, then start any training session in the app — it scans and connects automatically. The strap is optional: every feature works without one, and sessions can be logged manually.
Voice debriefs and your privacy
Coach dictation runs on your device using Apple's speech recognition. Audio is never recorded, stored, or uploaded — only the text you can see and edit. PeakPlay has no ads, no tracking, and no third-party analytics.
Data requests & account deletion
You can request a copy of your data or delete your account at any time: in-app under Profile → Account, or by emailing hello@kriidglobal.com from your account email. Deletion is processed within 30 days. For athletes under 16, a guardian may make these requests.
