PeakPlay is a youth athlete-development platform operated by Kriid Global (“PeakPlay,” “we,” “us”). Many of our users are minors, and some of the signals we process are health-adjacent (for example, heart rate from an optional wearable). This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what we collect, why, who can see it, and the control you have over it.
PeakPlay is operated by Kriid Global. For personal data processed through the platform, Kriid Global is the data controller. Where an athlete joins through a sports academy or club that administers its own roster, that academy acts as an independent controller for its coaching relationship with the athlete; we process roster data on the terms described here and under our agreement with the academy.
Questions, or to exercise a privacy right, contact us at hello@kriidglobal.com.
We collect only the categories below. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos beyond what you upload for analysis, or advertising identifiers.

A note on health data. Heart-rate and readiness signals are used to produce development signals, not medical diagnoses. PeakPlay is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. We never surface diagnostic or clinical labels to parents.
We do not sell personal data, use it for cross-app tracking, or serve behavioural advertising. We do not use athlete data to train models that are shared outside your own PeakPlay profile without a separate, clearly-worded consent.
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: consent (optional wearable/video processing, and all processing of a minor’s data via their guardian); contract (providing the service you signed up for); legitimate interests (security, debugging, and product improvement, balanced against your rights); and legal obligation where required. You can withdraw consent at any time.
PeakPlay is designed for athletes aged 12–19 and the coaches who train them. Protecting young users is central to how the product is built.
A guardian or athlete may access, correct, or delete the athlete’s data at any time via hello@kriidglobal.com.
We share data only in these limited ways:
We do not sell personal data or share it with data brokers or advertisers.
We keep personal data while an account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. When you request deletion — or after a defined period of inactivity — we erase your personal data from active systems and remove it from encrypted backups within 30 days. Some records may be retained longer only where the law requires it. Aggregated or fully de-identified data that can no longer identify you may be retained for research and product improvement.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and regulators of a breach where the law requires.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export (portability), and restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them (note: we do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined).
To exercise any right, email hello@kriidglobal.com from the address on your account (or, for a minor, the guardian’s address on record). We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We may process data in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) so your data stays protected under this policy.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
